Metropolitan France Delivery
Standard delivery free in France for all orders over € 150 and free returns.
Delivery in 4 working days in Metropolitan France.
1. When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your invoice as well as an email providing your tracking information.
3. To track your delivery, we invite you to visit our partners’ websites (Colissimo, DHL or FedEx).
4. You should receive your order within an estimated period of 3 working days.
We inform you that anyone present at your address will be able to collect your parcel but that it is not possible to deliver it to another address.
In case of absence, you will receive an email notification inviting you to pick up your order at a collection point.
Terms of delivery
Delivery costs: Astier de Villatte offers you standard delivery for any order delivered in France with a value over €150.
Delivery zone: Our transport provider covers mainland France (Corsica and Monaco included). We are not able to ensure delivery in Overseas France.
Delivery outside France
Standard delivery in 5-7 working days with our partners DHL and FedEx.
The shipping costs for standard delivery is €15.
** In the event of a delivery outside of mainland France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.
While we make all necessary efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a reasonable time, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Our online store customer service will do their best to notify you of any unforeseen delays.

Free returns and refunds
Before proceeding with a return, we invite you to check that you meet the following conditions:
- You received your order less than 30 days ago.
- Your product has not been opened.
- Your product is still in its original condition and packaging.
If you notice that one of your products has a defect or that it arrived damaged, we invite you to contact our online store customer service directly, which will be at your disposal and can assist you.
Refunds are made within 14 days maximum following receipt of your package.
Once your refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly in your bank account, your PayPal account or any other payment account used during your order, within a few days depending on your banking organization.
Cancellation and exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order after confirming your payment, we invite you to contact us to assist you in this process. Please note, however, that the cancellation of your order is no longer possible after it has been dispatched.
It is not possible for us to exchange products on our website. In this case, you will have to follow our return procedure and then place a new order.

Is home delivery still available?
Home delivery is maintained for all online orders.
What are the delivery times and processes?
Standard home delivery is maintained within 4 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) or within 1 working day with express delivery (weekends and holidays excluded). You must however take into account the processing time of your order which can take between 24 hours and 48 hours.
How can I return a product?

How can I exchange a product?
Exchanges cannot be carried out online (with the exception of damaged or defective products for which you can contact our online store customer service directly: firstname.lastname@example.org)
I have placed an order and I want to change the delivery address: what is the procedure?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting our Astier de Villatte online store customer service: email@example.com. If you are unable to receive the package, please contact our online store customer service who will contact our logistics partner.
